"Tote-ally" Versatile!

One of the most popular bag styles remains the shopping tote. Why? Because it is easy to carry, more often than not light, and packs plenty, plenty, plenty! It also happens to work as a nice all- around bag. If you have trouble with open totes which have no zipper enclosures, perhaps it's a good idea to get one of those nifty bag organizers with zippers-- that's perfect too because this way you can also just move the whole bag organizer from one bag to another should you wish to change your bags weekly or hey, daily :)

Without further ado, here are some gorgeous fans of the shopper tote.

Or you can go for a Moynat monogram tote-- a fairly "new" company (new because it was acquired some 2 years ago by LVMH's Bernard Arnault) that has actually been around even before Louis Vuitton and Goyard. It was one of the first leather houses during its day. The company has been known to produce trunks as far back as 1849 by Octavie and François Coulembier who teamed up with Pauline Moynat (a travel goods specialist) to open their first store in Avenue de l'Opera in Paris.

And then of course there's the Hermes Double Sens tote.  What I love about this bag? The versatility not just in function but also in color. I think it's brilliant that Hermes decided to make this bag reversible and in one color on each side. Major plus points for this idea!

So you see the staying power of the tote? It's a style that has been around for centuries! And it will definitely still be seen on the arms of many in years and years to come. This is one bag style worth investing in.
