Victoria is seen wearing the Oscar booties of Walter Steiger. And yes, they are very comfortable-- I can personally attest to that :)

On another note, Scarlet Johansson was also wearing Steiger curved heel pumps at the photo call of The Avengers last week :)
P.S. While on the subject of shoes, don't you find Harper's shoes super cute too? The little girl sports a pair of white Converse! Haha and one day she'll be wearing Steiger too :D
